Age and Birthday: approx. 22, December 22nd, 457
Appearance: A tall and slender girl with heavily lidded blue eyes. She is very pale, which causes people to question her health. Her blond hair is a modest length, just barely brushing the tops of her shoulders, and left mostly to hang in straight locks except for a part of the back that is sectioned off and tied up with a blue and white crystal pin she got from Hervey. She dresses in the way a Harmonian would be expected to; a long simple blue and white dress with a stiff black collar. People tend to underestimate her due to her overall frail appearance.
Personality: Very reserved, and keeps to herself for the most part. She does whatever Luc asks of her, without question, and puts his wishes above even her own. She does, however, hold a very cold dislike of Yuber, as she finds his methods monstrous. Living alone with only Luc and Leknaat for most of her later childhood has only hindered her social skills further, making her a hopeless loner.
Weapons: A long black staff with a large blue crystal inlaid in silver at its' tip. The staff, when compared to Sarah's height, comes to about her midriff.
Skills/Special Abilities: Aside from being a phenomenal sorceress with not only powerful but ancient magic at her disposal, Sarah is also a rather skilled cook. Teleportation, Mirages, Rune use in general, and various other forms of magic are her forte.
Other Abilities: On occasion, she sketches people in her free time. She doesn't think of it as an 'ability', though. She also knows a great deal about Ancient Cyndar rituals and culture.
Runes: a Flowing Rune and a Pale Gate Rune.
Weaknesses: Anything involving physical prowess. She is also somewhat socially inept, and has a hard time making her own opinions because Luc influences her so much.She can be overly wary of people and situations and abhors being truly alone, but does not like being surrounded by people.
History:
Sarah hails from an unknown village in Harmonia, but the great magic power she possesses caused her to be looked upon as a witch by the townsfolk. A Harmonian Priest heard the rumors and took her away to be raised in the Circle Palace. Eventually Luc caught wind that there was a young girl confined in the Circle Palace who had possessed a Flowing Rune from birth, and went to the shrine to see her. Still a young girl, she agreed to go with him, and so she lived with him and Leknaat at Leknaat's Magician's Tower for much of her older childhood.
When Luc hatched his plan to destroy the True Wind Rune and free himself from its clutches, while in turn destroying the land that had bound him to his fate, she agreed to follow him and to carry out his wishes because she was in love with him, even though she did not like the idea of so many people dying. She assisted in his plot, among other things, by using strong and ancient magic to frame the Zexen Knights and provoke the Lizard Clan into sparking the Zexen/Grasslands War.
However, Luc's plot was unraveled by the successor to the Flame Champion and put to an abrupt and unfortunate stop. Sarah was thought to have died at the Ceremonial Site where Luc had a final decisive battle with the Fire Bringer, clutching an injured Luc in her arms as stone pillars crumbled at their feet. When she thought their lives had come to a close, and their souls could finally rest, she found herself thrust back in to consciousness and at the gates of Budehuc Castle.
She now resides in a run down room in the corner of the Sunken Ship, and usually can be found shut behind its door, reading and the like.
